Payment
All fees are referred to in EURO and include 25 % VAT. All payments should be made in EURO.
Payment by credit card
The online registration platform is a secure site. Payment by credit card is highly recommended as the registration can be confirmed immediately. Major credit cards (VISA, Eurocard and MasterCard) are accepted. Upon completion of the online registration process, you will receive an invoice / receipt by email.
Payment by bank transfer
You will find the bank details on the invoice that will be send to you digitally. Please make sure to transfer the registration fees to this bank account within 14 days after you have registered. Your registration is only confirmed once the registration fees have been received in full.
Please note that as from 2 June 2021 only payment per credit card is accepted.
Cancellation policy
Full cancellation of your participation must be e-mailed to the EACPT 2021 Congress Secretariat at eacpt@mci-group.com. Amendments should be made by contacting the meeting secretariat by e-mail.
Registration fees
• Until 1 June 2021 – Full refund less an 30 Euro administration fee
• After 1 June 2021 – No refunds
Pre-meeting for Trainees:
• Until 1 June 2021 – Full refund
• After 1 June 2021 – No refunds
